2.1 Subscription Services

  • Within 14 Days: You may request a full refund within 14 days of initial subscription purchase if you have not significantly used the services (defined as creating fewer than three projects or hosting no virtual events).
  • Service Unavailability: If our services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using core features, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Significant Service Change: If we make substantial changes to our services that materially reduce functionality, you may request a prorated refund for the remainder of your current billing period.

2.2 One-Time Purchases

  • Within 7 Days: For one-time purchases of digital services or features, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used or accessed the service.
  • Technical Issues: If a purchased feature or service fails to function as described due to technical issues on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 10 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellation by You: If you cancel a scheduled virtual fashion show or event:

  • Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to host your event as scheduled due to technical issues or other circumstances within our control, we will offer either a full refund or rescheduling at your preference.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer typically take 7-14 business days to process.
